THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS EXTENDED TORNADO WATCH 274 TO

INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING AREAS UNTIL 10 PM EDT THIS EVENING  SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY

 

ATLANTIC              CAPE MAY              CUMBERLAND

SALEM

 

THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF ATLANTIC CITY, CENTREVILLE,

CHESTERTOWN, DENTON, DOVER, EASTON, ELKTON, GEORGETOWN,

HAMMONTON, MILLVILLE, OCEAN CITY, PENNSVILLE, AND WILMINGTON.

 

Tonight: A chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly between 9pm and 1am. Some storms could be severe, with damaging winds and heavy rain. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 68. Southwest wind 7 to 14 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms
